The Center at Grande is looking for an Admission Assistant to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
As an Admissions Assistant you will assist with admission screening of potential patients to determine the level of care, services required, equipment needs and insurance coverage. Assists in acceptance of patients and coordinate admissions with appropriate staff – provides all pertinent information to staff regarding the patient and their needs.
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette.
- Long term care experience preferred,
- Knowledge of insurance and
- Customer service oriented
- High attention to detail
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
