Key Responsibilities

• Profit Guardian: Own reconciliation, collections, and payroll with relentless precision.
• Process Architect: Drive scalable improvements that fuel growth.
• Executive Assistant: Spearhead special projects with proactive follow-through
• Client Champion: Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and subs.

Requirements

• Battle-Tested Leadership: 3 years commanding high-stakes office/admin ops.
• Problem-Solving Machine: Spot gaps, fix chaos, own outcomes—fast.
• Tech Mastery: Quick learner of CRM, scheduling, and automation tools.
• Communication That Commands: Align sales, subs, clients, and execs with zero friction.
• Monday through Friday 8:30-5pm (occasional weekend and after hours work required as needed)
• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (commensurate with experience) plus medical insurance benefits
