Job Summary
Veritas QA, LLC is a Central Texas based Construction and Energy Consulting firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support our growing Energy Compliance Team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Energy Compliance Team
- Perform residential energy plan reviews and assist with compliance documentation
- Complete energy and utility modeling for residential construction projects
- Coordinate and participate in internal Energy and Management Team meetings
- Ensure timely submission of reports, applications, and required data entry
- Maintain accurate records while handling sensitive and confidential information
- Support team collaboration and promote a professional, positive company image
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative support experience with demonstrated reliability
- Prior experience supporting construction, residential trades, engineering, or real estate operations strongly preferred
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated approach to work and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills using clear, professional English
