As an Employee Central Benefits Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to translate business requirements for our system. You will focus on clients of varying sizes, complexities, and experience with benefits software.
Areas of focus within this role can include:- Ability to effectively communicate with the client to capture country-specific requirements and translate those requirements into an effective and practical solution
- Support project team members to ensure work is done timely
- Assist in the setup of the enrollment portal, as well as the applicable benefits and plans
- Nuanced understanding of dependencies between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and carrier integrations for platform configuration
- Knowledge of international benefits across EMEA and Latin America
- Understand applicable new hire, life event, and annual enrollment eligibility periods
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Certifications:
- Associate or Professional Employee Central Certification
- SAP SuccessFactors Experience:
- 3 - 4 years
- Project Experience:
- Led 3 - 4 projects, focusing on the Employee Central Benefits workstream
- Involved in 7 project
Technical Skills:
- Employee Central Certification Required
- Preferred experience in at least 10 implementations of benefits SaaS
- Enrollment reporting knowledge is a plus
