At Veritas Prime, we rely on knowledgeable professionals to deliver a seamless benefits experience for our valued clients and their employees. As a Benefits Administrator, you will bridge the gap between benefit administration technology and employee care, managing the day-to-day operations that keep clients' benefits running smoothly. This team member will serve as a primary point of contact for benefits inquiries and tickets, ensuring clear and concise direction, task management, and aiding in entering carrier decisions into our benefits tool. During the annual renewal season, you will play a critical role in partnering with Benefit Customer Success Managers to gather requirements, execute system configurations, and perform the rigorous validation necessary for a successful upcoming plan year.
Areas of focus within this role can include:
- Manage and resolve daily benefits inquiries, tickets, and support requests for multiple clients
- Proactive management from clients for benefits questions
- Processing document verification requests
- Processing Evidence of Insurability (EOI) requests
- Provide assistance during the annual enrollment season, including but not limited to gathering requirements, configuring the platform, and conducting interval validation
- Work with Benefits Customer Success Managers to diligently track changes in requirements
- Willingness to understand dependencies from SAP SuccessFactors and to SAP Employee Central Payroll
- Partner with internal and external teams to reconcile benefit deductions and enrollments
- Serve as a primary contact, on behalf of clients, with carriers and other third-party administrators to address plan, rate, or integration changes
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Group Benefits Administrator (GBA)
- 3 - 5 years’ experience operating in a benefits software environment
Experience:
- Demonstrated success in a service-oriented role, managing high-volume inquiries with professionalism and technical accuracy.
- Strong understanding of connectedness between HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, and Carrier systems
- Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies between HRIS and third-party administrators.
- Deep functional knowledge of how payroll deductions, benefit elections, and carrier files synchronize across platforms.
- Hands-on experience with benefits enrollment platforms - SuccessFactors and PlanSource experience is a significant plus.
Skills:
- Understand benefits, including federal and state-based compliance, ACA, COBRA, life and ancillary benefits, etc.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
- Open to learning multiple benefits technology platforms
Communications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Location:
- This position will be hybrid in our Orlando, FL office location.
Salary Range:
- The salary range for this position will be $98,000 - $104,000.
