As a key member of our real estate practice group, you will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance on various real estate matters, including zoning and land use, real estate development, transactions, and litigation.
Main Responsibilities
- Represent the firm and its clients in all aspects of real estate law, including zoning and land use, real estate development, and transactions.
- Negotiate and draft commercial leases, real estate development agreements, and easements.
- Provide expert legal guidance on land acquisition and development, including drafting contracts and related documents.
- Develop expertise with local market and land knowledge, real estate pipeline, and search for current and future land purchase deals.

About You
- You have 2-10 years of experience in real estate development and transactional law as an attorney.

- You can establish and maintain trusted relationships with industry contacts.
