The Entry Level AT&T Assistant will work alongside senior sales advisors, engage customers in person, discuss their account needs, and introduce AT&T services that may fit their connectivity needs.
As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you start sales conversations that go somewhere. Not the awkward small talk that fades into silence, but the dialogue that uncovers what a customer truly needs from their provider. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant will meet our customers in person, learn about their connectivity needs, and present AT&T options with clarity and kindness.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant
- Welcome our customers during in-person sales talks, providing a friendly introduction to AT&T telecommunications that sets a positive tone for sales.
- Assist the sales team in person by managing the flow of sales interactions and guiding customers to the right representatives to help boost sales.
- Help answer basic, everyday questions about AT&T connectivity plans during in-person sales conversations to build trust and pave the way for sales.
- Support the sales staff by handling basic data entry and account lookups during customer chats, ensuring the team has the right info to finish the sale.
- Introduce interested customers to our sales team personally to ensure a smooth transition and keep the enrollment process moving.
- Help coordinate follow-up visits with interested customers to maintain the momentum needed to close sales.
Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Genuine passion for sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and develop lasting customer relationships.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
