We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and support our valued team members. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for all departments.
- Administer employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401K) and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including those specific to healthcare facilities.
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and reporting.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging work environment for all staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or generalist role.
- Previous HR experience within a Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute, or other healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
