Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance for multiple healthcare facilities within their assigned region. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of patient care, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for clinical services across multiple sites.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs to enhance quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct regular facility visits, assessments, and audits to identify areas for improvement and best practice implementation.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to optimize clinical staffing, training, and development.
- Analyze clinical data and metrics to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for clinical leaders and staff within the region.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical management, preferably in a multi-site or regional role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement methodologies, and clinical best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
