Role Description This is a full-time, Legal Recruiter role with the option of working remotely or in our Boynton Beach, FL location.
As we continue to expand our attorney network across multiple states, we’re seeking a highly motivated Attorney Recruiter to lead and scale our attorney hiring efforts nationwide. The Legal Recruiter will source qualified attorneys and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through offer acceptance.
The Attorney Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and onboarding qualified attorneys to join our growing legal team. This role requires strong knowledge of both the legal and debt settlement industries, superb communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with attorneys across the country. You will partner closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and ensure we maintain a high standard of legal excellence.
Requirements:
- Strong foundation in Law and familiarity with legal roles and practice areas relevant to consumer protection, debt matters, and related services.
- Experience with Hiring, Recruiting, and Legal Recruiting, including managing end-to-end recruiting processes in a legal or professional services environment.
- Background in Staffing Services, talent sourcing, and building candidate pipelines through multiple channels (job boards, professional associations, referrals).
- Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match candidates to organizational needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools; basic MS Office or similar productivity software skills.
- Previous experience recruiting within legal services, financial services, or related regulated industries is preferred.
