Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Organize and support all administrative duties to ensure the office operates smoothly
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and conference calls, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel plans, conducting research, and preparing reports
- Manage office supply and equipment inventory, placing orders as necessary
- Coordinate office layout planning and office moves
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with the Human Resources department
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities
- Provide assistance to colleagues as opportunities arise to support office operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong critical thinking and sound judgment, with the ability to evaluate data, anticipate downstream impacts, and assess risk.
