Job duties include:
- Perform detailed inspections of crawlspaces
- Document findings through photos, notes, and moisture readings.
- Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines, PPE use, and moisture remediation procedures.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
**Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds, have a valid driver's license, and have an insurable driving record.**

Starts at $21 per hour
7:30am-4:00pm (mostly)
Monday-Friday
