What You'll Do As the primary optical expert for our practice, your day-to-day will include:
● Patient Care & Sales: Providing direct patient care by guiding patients through frame and lens selections, utilizing your sales experience to find the best solutions.
● Patient Education: Speaking with patients in a professional, friendly manner to explain lens options, coatings, and proper eyewear care.
● Administrative Flow: Utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) accurately and efficiently to maintain seamless practice operations.
● Skill Building: Consistently demonstrating the ability to learn new skills and adapt to new optical technologies.
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Education: An active New York State Ophthalmic Dispensing License is required. At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
● Knowledge & Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with navigating electronic medical records (EMR) is required.
● Patient Care: A highly customer service-oriented professional who brings a great attitude and interacts well as part of a team.
● Reliability: A consistent team player who can reliably commute to New Hartford, NY
