- Supervise daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions
- Manage vendor relationships to secure the best services and products for the office
- Oversee payroll processing and human resources tasks to support team members
- Coordinate event planning and team-building activities that foster a positive workplace culture
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and budgeting practices to ensure financial health
- Handle calendar management for executives, optimizing their schedules for maximum productivity
- Provide clerical support including filing, document preparation, and front desk management
- Train and develop new staff members, enhancing team capabilities through effective onboarding
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for efficient financial tracking
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems to streamline communication
- Background in medical office management is a plus
