Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Spanish Teacher role based in Sparta, NJ. The Spanish Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Spanish 1 and 2 lessons to students in 9-11 grade. Key tasks include developing and implementing effective curriculum plans, providing one-on-one support to students as needed, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The teacher will assess progress, provide feedback, and adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish and experience in Teaching Spanish language and culture

- Strong capabilities in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design engaging and effective learning experiences
- Skills in Teaching and Tutoring, including the ability to address diverse learning styles
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for fostering language learning and cross-cultural understanding
- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish or Education, or a closely related field
- Teaching certification and previous experience teaching Spanish are preferred
