Annual base salary: $110,000 to $140,000 | Based on experience

You will manage audit engagements from planning through completion, serve as a key client contact, and develop the people delivering the work. This opportunity suits a public accounting professional who combines strong technical judgment with an approachable, practical management style.
What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of audit engagements, including scope, staffing, budgets, timelines, and delivery.
- Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Resolve complex audit and accounting questions in collaboration with senior firm leadership.
- Build client relationships and communicate findings, recommendations, and engagement updates clearly.
- Coach seniors and associates, delegate effectively, and provide timely performance feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement execution and connect clients with relevant firm expertise.
What you bring
- Approximately 5 or more years of public accounting audit experience, including engagement leadership.
- Active CPA license and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, generally accepted auditing standards, and financial reporting.
- Experience reviewing audit work, supervising staff, and managing client relationships.
- Ability to balance quality, engagement economics, team development, and client deadlines.
