Requirements
Role Details
- Mostly remote, but some assistance is required in person local to Palo Alto, CA
- proactively plan / manage CEO and CTO’s personal and business appointments
- Calendar management
- Email management
- Accomodation, travel, retreat planning
- Proactive: able to see around corners, predict things before they happen
- Organized: nothing falls by the wayside
- Curiousity / Zest for life: always up to date on the latest / most interesting events that can be recommended for us to do together as a team
