- Microsoft Suite Proficiency

Responsibilities
- Administer training programs within Power Generation as directed
- Monitor training and qualification / requalification programs for General Employee Training
- Leaning Management System (SAP LSO) Administrator, NANTel Administrator, VISION Database /Online Exam Administrator
- Learning Services Website / Sharepoint Administrator, and supporting Web-based Training functionality
- Continuously improve the learning process using internal and external best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in administering training programs/proctoring online exams
Desired Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated experience in entering and extracting data from SAP
- Experience with Apprenticeship training programs
- Strong time management skills; able to produce work that is accurate, thorough and on time
- Ability to identify and improve process and program inefficiencies
