MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Asset Work Management, Electric Generation Interconnection (EGI)
- Utilities experience
- SAP Work and Asset Management focusing on Electric Distribution, Transmission, Substation
- Good to have: Joint Pole experience; portal displaying assets for utilities (JUMP)
- 10 years of BA experience with gathering requirements, previous utility experience and project implementation
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science/ Information Systems, Business, Engineering, etc. or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated course work and/or training in programming languages used for client applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 10 years of experience in similar or related job functions.
- Experience in Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodology
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
- Proven experience with business IT applications
- Ability to lead and influence decision-making working with senior management
- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
