Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Senior QA Analyst, based in Jersey City, NJ, with an option for partial remote work. The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for conducting manual testing, developing and executing test cases, ensuring quality control, monitoring software performance, and identifying areas for process improvements. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables meet Verisk's high standards for quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Manual & Automation Testing and creating detailed test cases
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify, isolate, and resolve defects effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience in Agile or Scrum frameworks is a plus
- Proficient in using testing tools and understanding software development life cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
