Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) with excellent communication skills and a strong background in logistics and supply chain domains. While this role does not involve hands-on development, the TPM is expected to have a solid technical foundation to oversee architectural decisions and ensure technical best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large-scale technical programs in logistics, supply chain, and insurance systems.
- Manage full program lifecycle: requirements, planning, design, development, deployment, and support.
- Provide technical oversight; engage in architecture and design discussions, especially on NET/C# technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Engineering, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.
- Align technical decisions with business objectives to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure smooth data integration across logistics, insurance, and supply chain platforms.
- Drive Agile practices and promote continuous improvement in program delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership roles.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in NET/C# (ASP.NET, Web API, MVC).
- Domain expertise in Logistics & Supply Chain Systems (WMS, TMS, Order/Inventory Management).
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams and large-scale enterprise programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Knowledge of Data Integration, ETL, or APIs in logistics/insurance systems.
- Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, SAFe).
- PMP or equivalent Program Management certification.
