- Develop and maintain templates using DOC1 / EngageOne Designer.
- Work with XML and JSON data for dynamic document generation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable CCM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
- Perform testing and ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams.
- 6 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with DOC1 / EngageOne Designer.
- Solid CCM experience.
- Strong knowledge of XML and JSON.
- Experience with document composition and batch communication solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
