Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional digital delivery initiatives across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and delivery communications.
- Create and maintain delivery artifacts including status reports, roadmaps, RAID logs, decision logs, and readiness plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
- Identify delivery risks proactively and support resolution through effective escalation and collaboration.
- Partner with Agile teams to understand progress, challenges, and delivery health.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing processes that improve delivery predictability and efficiency.
- 5 years of experience in delivery management, project management, technology delivery, or digital product delivery.
- Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience with dependency management, risk tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting web platforms, digital products, customer experience, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms, digital analytics, SEO, accessibility, or web governance.
- Experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Aha, Rally, Workfront, Microsoft 365, or Teams.
