Job Description
- Design, build, and support Collibra-based solutions for data cataloging, metadata management, and reference data management.
- Administer the Collibra platform, including Collibra Edge, managing licensing, performing backups, disaster recovery planning, and integrating with enterprise data systems.
- Develop and maintain Collibra workflows, dashboards, and reports to support data governance initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert in data governance and quality, guiding best practices and enabling self-service development for business users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to support analytics, compliance, and data management needs.
- Utilize tools like Databricks, Python, PySpark, and SQL to develop and integrate data pipelines supporting governance processes.
- Participate in ongoing data governance planning and contribute to the continuous evolution of metadata strategy.
- Support version control using systems like Git and ensure high-quality software development practices.
- Mentor and support end users in building Collibra solutions and help promote data literacy across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data governance and metadata management.
- Proven expertise with Collibra Data Governance and Collibra Data Quality tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, data pipelines, and data integration.
- Experience as a Collibra Administrator, including workflow development and platform maintenance.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for data engineering tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to thrive in an Agile team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
