Summary :
Verigent's client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conference Room Specialist to join their team. This role primarily focuses on day-to-day troubleshooting, rollouts, and the overall management of conference room technology. The ideal candidate will also provide support for voice-related systems when required.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and maintain conference room technology, including hardware and software setups.
- Perform day-to-day troubleshooting of conference room systems to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
- Implement rollouts of new conference room technologies and ensure successful deployment.
- Proactively manage conference room scheduling and availability through Microsoft Teams and other related tools.
- Provide end-user support for conference room systems, addressing issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining voice-related technologies when required.
- Collaborate with the voice team to ensure compatibility between voice and conference room systems.
