Pay Rate: $40/hr - $50/hr with $80,000 - $110,000 Conversion
Responsibilities
- Responsible with coordinating interviews, onboarding, and providing administrative support to the candidates.
- Must be able to handle and support a high volume of candidates and request volume.
- Will help with special tasks involving process improvement and documentation around the new system.
- Multi-Tasking and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a small team is important.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
