Title: Dispatch Operator I
Location: Washington, DC (On-site)
Pay: $25.00 Hourly
Clearance: Secret (If no clearance can potentially sponsor)
Work Schedule: Flexible schedule based on operational requirements. This position may require shift work, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Position Overview:
- Monitor security systems, CCTV, alarms, and related applications
- Coordinate responses to security-related incidents and service requests
- Communicate with employees, customers, supervisors, and emergency personnel as required
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Support testing and validation of security devices and system applications
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support security operations
Preferred Experience:
- Dispatch, work control, maintenance planning, or security operations experience
- Experience monitoring CCTV, alarms, or security systems
- Experience with Maximo, CMMS, or similar software preferred
- C-CURE 9000 Monitoring Station certification preferred
