- Utilize Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS), Electronic Health Record (EHR), and other pharmacy software to process prescriptions efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of medication dispensing, compounding procedures, and quality assurance records.
- Support pharmacy team members by providing guidance on clinical pharmacy practices including immunizations, medication management, and drug regulation updates.
Requirements
- Valid California Pharmacist license in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
- Prior experience in pharmacy operations with a focus on mail order fulfillment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws at the state and federal levels, including HIPAA regulations.
