The Verification Services Representative plays a key role in supporting employment and income verification operations while delivering exceptional service to clients and authorized parties. Key Responsibilities
- Process employment and income verification requests accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with employers, employees, verifiers, government agencies, lenders, and other authorized parties via phone and email.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, solution-oriented support.
- Review, maintain, and document confidential records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Utilize business applications, databases, and office software to research, document, and process verification requests.
- Maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, and customer service.
- Assist with administrative, operational, and departmental projects, including process improvement initiatives.
- Adapt to changing business needs, evolving processes, and new technologies while demonstrating flexibility to take on new responsibilities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.
- Adhere to information security, privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements at all times.
Qualifications Required
