Current WorkForce Software certification
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between configuration work and business problem-solving
Experience Preferred:

Deep-rooted knowledge across WorkForce Software modules, including: - Time - Attendance - Absence Case Tracking - Scheduling - Reporting - Integrations
Experience configuring or supporting WorkForce Software in Manufacturing environments/locations
Knowledge of union and non-union workforce requirements
Familiarity with manufacturing shift operations and scheduling complexity
Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000 employees)
Understanding of Canadian labor regulations and timekeeping requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements across the ATLAS program
Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for WorkForce Software modules, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations
Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity
Support testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes across multiple deployment waves
Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across US and Canada
Document configuration standards, processes, and change history
Provide post-deployment support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for WorkForce Software functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance
