This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Somerset, NJ. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various technical and non-technical positions. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and coordinate interview schedules. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Proven experience in sourcing and identifying top talent through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to collaborate with diverse teams and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and knowledge of recruitment tools and software.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in IT recruitment or staffing in a similar environment is a significant advantage.
