- Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module & Help Desk
- Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
- Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
- Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
- Prior experience working on Journeys
- Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows
- Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
- Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology
- Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages
