Job Summary:
The Payroll Specialist oversees multi-structure payroll (salary, hourly, piece-rate, and commission) for ~140 employees. This role ensures accuracy and compliance while supporting performance-based compensation programs in the residential services industry.
The Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, maintaining compensation integrity, and supporting the administration of performance-based compensation programs. This position works closely with Finance, Human Resources, and operational leadership to calculate and administer technician pay, commissions, incentives, and bonus structures that drive performance while ensuring compliance with applicable wage and hour regulations

- esManage weekly full-cycle payroll via Rippling, ensuring accurate processing of diverse pay structure
- s.Calculate technician piece-rate pay, overtime, and sales commissions in compliance with wage law
- s.Administer incentive programs (SPIFs, bonuses) and reconcile payouts against operational dat
