About the role:
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and flexible Office Manager to join our growing team as we open and establish our brand-new Dallas headquarters! This role is ideal for someone excited to roll up their sleeves and help build something from the ground up.
This role will start part-time with a flexible schedule, and grow into a full-time position as our new HQ comes online and operations expand.
What you'll do:
- Help coordinate and support the set-up of our new Dallas HQ
- Manage vendors, deliveries, and office logistics
- Handle general administrative and organizational support
- Support People & Culture team with onboarding and employee experience
- Act as a friendly point of contact for visitors and team members
- Full office management responsibilities
- Executive Assistant support for key leaders
- Ownership of office events, supply management, and day-to-day culture operations
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma
- You’re organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- You’re comfortable wearing many hats and figuring things out
- You have strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Experience in office management, admin support, or EA work is a bonus!
- Project Management work is a plus!
