Per Diem Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Location: Northern Virginia
Position: Per Diem
Compensation: $100 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, based on patient availability
Setting: Telehealth and/or In-person
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient mental health practice on a per-diem basis.
The provider will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of mental health conditions, provide medication management, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Provide medication management
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide telehealth and/or in-person services
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with therapists and other healthcare professionals
- Follow all applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- PMHNP certification
- Active Virginia APRN/NP license
- DEA registration
- Appropriate professional liability/malpractice insurance
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- New graduates and experienced providers are welcome to apply
Compensation: $100/hour
This is a per-diem position with flexible scheduling, with the opportunity to provide services through telehealth, in-person appointments, or a combination of both.
