Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Developing strong working relationship with all suppliers and trade partners through ongoing and consistent communication.
- Review plans, construction schedule, specifications, and selections for accuracy on each job.
- Set proper expectations with customers on products and process.
- Scheduling trade partners and inspecting construction for quality and conformance with plans, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Build relationships directly with the customer to educate them on the construction and care of their home from the pre-construction stage through the end of the warranty period.
The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, superior customer service skills along with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and provide consistent follow-through. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or 4-6 years of previous residential construction or customer service experience are preferred.
