Role Description

We are standing up a brand new integrated supply chain planning function at a medical device and OTC distribution company. That means you won't be stepping into someone else's process — you'll be helping create one.
We're looking for a Demand Planner who:
✔ Owns forecast accuracy and isn't afraid to be measured by it
✔ Thrives in an S&OP environment (or is excited to help build one from scratch)
✔ Brings advanced Excel skills and ideally some Power BI experience
✔ Is curious about AI-assisted planning tools and where the industry is heading
✔ Communicates clearly, collaborates naturally, and solves problems independently
