We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting a wide range of human resources functions, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
- Support the recruitment cycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and creating and extending offers.
- Onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and support.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts, in partnership with management.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and open communication.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans.
- Support compensation reviews and help with salary benchmarking.

Performance Management:
- Assist managers with performance appraisals, feedback processes, and goal setting for employees.
- Help implement and monitor employee development plans and training programs.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Training and Development:
- Organize and coordinate employee training sessions to foster skill development and improve performance.
- Support managers in identifying training needs within their teams.

HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
- Manage HR documentation such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedure manuals.
- Assist in generating HR reports for management as needed.
- Process employee separations, including separation paperwork, unemployment inquiries and unemployment hearings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Experience:
- 3 years of experience in a progressive generalist HR role
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Call Center experience preferred

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- HRIS and ATS software experience (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR).
