Scope of Work
Fundamentally two activities daily.
- Restrooms – Mirrors, Toilets, sinks, floors, consumables replenishing, trash.
- Sales Floor – Scrubbing Front using and autoscrubber, Racetrack, and Rotational Cleaning of Aisles.Basically scrubbing the front and then pick up 1 aisle per day.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care and buffing
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and basic repair skills is advantageous
- Experience with residential painting or other maintenance tasks can be a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, or pressure washers effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks efficiently
