Job Description
- Monday - Friday 2:30 - 10:30 pm
- Occasional overtime is required.
- $17.00/hr plus $1.75/hr shift differential

As a Production Operative I, you’ll be certified in one key production skill and play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll:
Complete daily job assignments with accuracy and attention to detail
Plan and organize work alongside your teammates
Help make production-related decisions to keep things on track
Support a smooth shift handoff by sharing information and updates
Contribute to a positive team environment focused on quality and continuous improvement
You'll have the opportunity to grow, learn new tasks, and be part of a team that values your input every day.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’re excited to meet you if you have:
A willingness to learn—this is an entry-level role, so no experience required!
Flexibility to work overtime or cover additional shifts when needed
Basic computer experience (preferred but not required)
A team mindset and strong communication skills
