What You’ll Do
- Support the daily operation of web presses and ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized press area.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials like ink, paper, and plates are ready to go.
- Assist in quality checks — inspecting printed materials for accuracy in color, registration, and specifications every 15 minutes.
- Step in to run the press when the operator is on breaks, lunches, or PTO.
- Help with setup and maintenance tasks such as washing blankets, plates, and fountains.
- Prepare and load roll stock for printing and inspect rolls for defects.
- Accurately record production data, materials used, and downtime.
- Perform light preventive maintenance and keep equipment ready for the next run.
- Safely move materials and finished products (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
- Participate in training and cross-training opportunities to expand your skills.
- A team player with great attention to detail.
- Someone who can stay organized and focused in a busy environment.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Experience Requirements:
- Ability to operate press without supervision
- 3 years prior production machine operating experience
- Must be able to identify colors and imperfections
- Must display excellent work habits willingness to be a team player
- Proven track record in waste reduction and profit improvement
- Must have strong analytical skills independent thinking and written and verbal communications skills
- Hourly Pay Rate: $19 - $21/hourly $1.75 Shift differential
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
