We are a group of high-end resorts offering premium stays and spa experiences. We are looking for a Sales & Reservation person who can handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries (including group bookings), and convert leads into confirmed business.
Job Role:
- Answer customer calls regarding bookings, packages, and facilities.
- Share accurate information about room availability, pricing, and offers.
- Handle group inquiries professionally and follow up as needed.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through clear communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth booking processes.

- Prior experience in call-based sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
