In this role, you’ll help maintain and enhance a system our clients rely on every day, contribute to ongoing modernization efforts, and work with a team that values steady execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance core features of our loan management platform using .NET, C#, and SQL.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and other developers to turn requirements into reliable, maintainable software.
- Take ownership of technical tasks and provide thoughtful recommendations for improvements.
- Support and build integrations with a wide range of vendor partners.
- Participate in code reviews and help reinforce consistent development standards.
- Assist with performance improvements, system stability, and general code quality.
- Use Azure DevOps to support builds, deployments, and team workflows.
- Backend: .NET / .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, MVC, Web Forms (legacy)
- Frontend: Blazor (experience with any modern framework such as Angular, React, or Vue is welcome)
- Databases: Mariadb (experience with any relational db such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle is welcome)
- Cloud & Tools: Azure, Azure DevOps, Git (experience with AWS or GCP is helpful but not required)
- Strong experience developing applications using .NET and C#.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- A steady, solutions-oriented approach to solving technical problems.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Commitment to writing stable, maintainable code.
Required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with C#, .NET Core, and MySQL or SQL Server
- Background in SaaS or systems with extensive integrations
- Experience with financial, lending, or workflow-based platforms (a plus)
