Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Diego, CA, for a Retail Store Manager at Verge. Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, supervising and coaching staff, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires creating an innovative store environment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering a performance-driven culture that aligns with Verge’s mission and values.
