We are seeking friendly, dedicated, and creative Barista’s to provide our guests with the world’s finest quality coffee and tea experience. Many of our General Managers started off as Baristas!

Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations including opening, closing, staffing, and workflow efficiency - Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members - Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment - Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships - Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and cleanliness - Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll compliance - Analyze sales reports and control expenses to meet financial goals - Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards - Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Qualifications - Previous management experience in coffee shop, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment - Strong leadership and team development skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management preferred Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for extended periods - Lift up to 30–40 pounds - Work in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $52,000 - $60,000
