Warehouse Associate
Location: Hattiesburg, MS
Reports To: Operations Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure materials, inventory, and job orders are handled with precision. This role is critical to keeping our field teams running efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory, preparing job materials, and ensuring the warehouse is clean, orderly, and fully functional at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse at all times
- Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory and deliveries
- Use computer systems to track, update, and manage inventory levels
- Pull, stage, and prepare all materials and parts needed for upcoming jobs
- Ensure job packets/materials are complete, correct, and ready on time
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with audits
- Coordinate with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth job flow
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items
- Maintain clear labeling and logical organization of all inventory
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (this is critical)
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, email)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift and move materials (typically up to 50 lbs)
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
- Experience with inventory management software
- Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)

Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
