About the Role
As Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for our sales operations. You will build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, foster relationships with elite clients and partners, and execute growth strategies that strengthen our leadership in the luxury furniture market. What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the U.S.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of top-performing sales professionals and showroom managers.
- Drive new business development while deepening relationships with key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment across the business.
