Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety, ordering and scheduling of bar employees.
- Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
- Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of bar equipment used
- Experience in a bar management position preferred
- RASP or BARSMARTS Certification
- Able to pass a pour test
