Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy across pricing, branding, promotion, and channel execution.
- Launch new innovations and optimize legacy brands with value-based positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Analyze market opportunities and build business cases using NPV and ROI modeling.
- Forecast performance and partner with Finance to drive profitability and growth.
- Champion your portfolio internally and externally as a subject matter expert.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agronomy, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales.
- Proven success in launching products and managing portfolios.

- A self-starter with bold ideas and the drive to make them happen.
- Agricultural industry experience is highly desirable. Consumer Packaged Goods experience can be substituted.
