We are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position at our facility in Piedmont, SC. The Night Shift Supervisor will oversee production operations during night shifts, ensure safety and quality standards are met, coordinate team activities, and optimize operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising a team of employees, troubleshooting production challenges, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations, and maintaining production schedules to meet organizational goals.
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate diverse teams.
- Knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and operational efficiency practices.
- Experience with workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.
